MANAHAWKIN, NJ — The Stafford Township School District will transition to full remote learning instruction for all students beginning Wednesday. The district will return to in-person learning Monday, Jan. 4.
In a letter sent to parents Thursday, Superintendent George J. Chidiac said the pivot is due to a staff shortage as a result of quarantine recommendations from the Ocean County Health Department.
“We do understand the inconvenience this has posed and appreciate your flexibility and patience during these challenging times,” Chidiac wrote to parents.
