Wayne J. Kirtland, Admired South Jersey Chiropractor, Dies At 66
A Celebration of Life service for the Manahawkin resident will be held on Tuesday, May 15 at 5:30 p.m.

Wayne L. Kirtland of Manahawkin died on May 8, surrounded and survived by his soulmate Dana DeVito,his cherished brother Lance Kirtland and his beloved companion Atlas. He was 66.
Wayne was a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He opened his first and only practice in Manahawkin and served the community for 40 years. He never felt like he worked a day in his life, since being a chiropractor was something he was truly passionate about. He cared about each and every one of his patients.

Wayne enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and working in his garden. But driving his John Deere really gave him happiness. He was a member of the Garden State Chiropractic Society.
His favorite time of year was autumn and his displays were immeasurable. He was a generous, compassionate and caring man and he was always full of surprises. All who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him will miss him.

Wayne is also survived by his sons; Wayne, Eric, Ryan and Jay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to CancerCrackdown.org., an organization that helped and supported Wayne on his journey.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Wayne at the Manahawkin United Methodist Church, 116 Stafford Ave, Manahawkin at 5:30 pm. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.
