Atlantic County Coronavirus Vaccination Site List: Weekly Update

ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — New Jersey has been steadily expanding the number of publicly listed COVID-19 vaccination sites.

The state's list includes some locations that accept appointments directly; others are operating through the New Jersey Vaccine Scheduling System. (See the Atlantic County list of vaccine sites below.)

Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli said the state plans to increase the number of vaccination sites beyond 300. State officials have said the goal is to vaccinate 70 percent of the adult population by the spring.

Gov. Phil Murphy announced that New Jersey has created a county-by-county vaccine hub that reports the number of immunizations across the state. (see our guide to the vaccination system below).

The state's vaccine hub website now has listed a number of Rite Aid stores in towns across New Jersey and asked people to sign up here.

Persichilli also said New Jersey currently doesn't have a lot of vaccine availability, but she expects that to change soon. The Biden administration has said that it plans to greatly expand the number of vaccine doses available to the American public.

As of Friday, Atlantic County logged a total of 50,038 vaccinations.
