Donald Trump Jr. To Attend Galloway Fundraiser; Protest Planned

GALLOWAY, NJ — Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, will attend a fundraiser Tuesday at the Historic Smithville Inn. The Atlantic County Democratic Committee planned a protest in preparation for their appearance.

Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. — President Donald Trump's eldest son — are guests of honor for the fundraiser taking place from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Former Galloway Mayor Don Purdy and former state Assemblyman Vince Polistina will host the event.

The fundraiser supports candidates "that are for lower taxes, responsible development, job creation, and common-sense governance at all levels of government throughout New Jersey, according to the flyer.

The event features "some of the highest level of Trump star power," according to radio talk show host Harry Hurley, who will host the event.

Attendance costs $300 per ticket, but those contributing $1,500 or more can see a private reception. Tickets can be purchased by contacting Galloway Republican League President Chris Coleman at 609-276-4438 or email ccoleman609@gmail.com.

The protest outside the inn will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

"Hate has no place in South Jersey. Let's show Donald Trump Jr. that South Jersey is NOT Trump Country, it's Biden/Harris Country!" the Atlantic County Democratic Committee said.
