Galloway Independence Day Parade Set for Monday

The parade begins at 9 a.m.

Galloway Township, NJ -- Galloway Township’s Independence Day Parade, which is among the largest in the state, takes place on Monday, July 4, 9 a.m.-noon.

The parade begins at Smitty's Shopping Center, marches down Smithville Boulevard and ends at the Village Greene parking lot.

Law enforcement officers from the Galloway Township Police Department will be redirecting traffic flow on Moss Mill Road at Old Port Republic Road, Moss Mill Road at New York Road and Smithville Boulevard and New York Road during the parade.

These sections of roadway will be closed to all traffic between 8:30 a.m. and noon. Drivers should plan accordingly and use alternate routes.
