Halloween Is On In Galloway: Trick-Or-Treat Hours

Police Chief Donna Higbee urged everyone to wash hands and wear masks when appropriate.

GALLOWAY, NJ — Police Chief Donna Higbee gave the green light for trick-or-treating on Halloween. Higbee set the hours for 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31.

She believes the decision for children to trick-or-treat should be left to parents and guardians.

"We are still under coronavirus restrictions with respect to certain things," Higbee said, "but I strongly believe you are all educated enough at this point to decide what is best for your own children."
