How To Watch Jeff Van Drew, Amy Kennedy Debate
The 2nd Congressional District candidates square off at 8 p.m. Thursday.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — The 2nd Congressional District debate is coming up. Here's how to watch Jeff Van Drew and Amy Kennedy discuss the issues.
The debate will air at 8 p.m. Thursday. The event will air live on NJTV (check local listings), which will stream the debate at NJSpotlightNews.org, its NJ Spotlight News YouTube Channel, as well as its social media accounts. Stockton University will also stream the debate on the Hughes Center website.
No public attendees are allowed.

The William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy at Stockton University and NJTV — both debate sponsors — asked the public to submit questions for the debate. Questions may be submitted via email at NJDecides@njspotlightnews.org and on Twitter using the hashtags #CD2Debate and #NJDecides2020. The debate’s editorial team will consider all questions and use at their discretion throughout the event.
Van Drew is completing his first term as a congressman after serving years in local and state government. He switched from the Democratic to the Republican Party in December.

Kennedy is a former teacher and mental health advocate running for office for the first time. She is the education director for the Kennedy Forum and is married to former U.S. Congressman from Rhode Island Patrick J. Kennedy, son of the late Senator Ted Kennedy.
