Human Remains Under Investigation In Galloway
Skeletal remains were found this week in woods at 187 S. Pomona Road in Galloway, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said Thursday.
GALLOWAY, NJ — Authorities are investigating skeletal remains found this week in Galloway, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday.
The remains were found Monday by a man in a wooded area at 187 S. Pomona Road, Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said. The location is up the road and across the street from Stockton University’s campus.
The remains were determined to belong to a man, Tyner said. An autopsy has been completed and the results are pending.

An investigation is underway between the ACPO Major Crimes Unit, the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office and the Galloway Township Police Department.
