• "Shea's. But then again, no. I wouldn't want to share."
• "I'm gonna say Wing It on Jimmie Leeds Rd. Not for the traditional recognition, but more so for being the most nondescript-looking business and eatery I've ever seen with seemingly random hours and orange cones from blocking you to even see what's actually going on in that little white building. It's fascinating! And the world should know about it."

OpenTable recently released its list of “100 Hottest Restaurants in America for 2016.”

The website determines its “best of” list by analyzing more than 5 million diner reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants nationwide.

Even though the competition was stiff, we still think your favorite greasy spoons deserve their time in the spotlight.
