Stockton Is Offering A Class In How To Run A Distillery

GALLOWAY, NJ - So you do want some tips on how to own or run your own distillery?

The Stockton University Office of Continuing Studies is holding a five-day training seminar on owning and running your own distillery. The program will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Jan. 22 through Jan. 26 at the Little Water Distillery, Unit B, 807 Baltic Avenue in Atlantic City.

The program was developed specifically for distillery owners and operators, industry professionals and those looking to start or further their career in this fast-growing industry. The class size is limited to 11 people. The cost of the program is $2,975, which includes lunch and all materials.

Participants will receive hands-on experience in Distilling 101, classic cocktail mixing techniques and marketing, as well as information on legislation affecting the industry. Instructors include Joel Elder, Mark Ganter, Eric Ganter and Francesca DiBona.
