5 Driving While Intoxicated Arrests Made In Hillsborough
The Hillsborough Police report making multiple arrests including for drug possession, trespassing and DWI.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsborough Police report making multiple arrests including for drug possession, trespassing, and driving while intoxicated.
Hillsborough Police Blotter:
On May 2: A 47-year-old Hillsborough woman was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to make lawful disposition of a controlled dangerous substance after being stopped by police on Eves Drive. She was also issued summonses for failure to maintain lane, maintenance of lamps and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. She was processed and released with a court date.

On May 2: Matthew Furtado, 27, of Marlborough, MA and Tyler Harmon, 26, of Waterbury, CT were charged with trespassing after it was discovered by police that they had entered an abandoned home on Woods Road. They were summonsed on scene and released with a court date.
On May 6: Tsepiso Mendez, 21, of Bound Brook was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension after he provided a false name to police that were investigating a fight complaint at Ann Van Middlesworth Park. He was charged and turned over to the Manville Police Department on their warrant.

On May 13: A 37-year-old man from Hillsborough was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after police received a motor vehicle complaint of a reckless driver. He was also charged with two counts of failure to exhibit documents. He was released with a court date.
On May 14: Lisa Ganjoin, 60, of Middlesex was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated as a result of a motor vehicle crash in the Quickchek parking lot. She was also charged with careless driving and failure to submit to chemical breath tests. She was released with a court date.
On May 14: A 20-year-old woman from Bridgewater was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after police responded to the intersection of Warwick Drive and South Triangle Road for a welfare check. She was also charged with reckless driving and careless driving. She was released with a court date.
On May 15: Armando Sciortino, 22, of Branchburg was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated as a result of a motor vehicle crash on Route 206. He was also charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. He was released with a court date.
On May 29: A 27-year-old man from Edison was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by police on Route 206. He was also charged with excessive speed, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, refusal to submit breath samples and failure to exhibit documents. He was released with a court date.
