Apex Sports & Events Prepares To Reopen In June
The Hillsborough sports venue has also put together a summer schedule for children and adults.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Apex Sports & Events in Hillsborough is preparing to reopen just in time for their Summer Session in June after shutting down due to the coronavirus.
The center at 137 Mountain View Rd. is planning to reopen on June 11 with the Summer Session Programming slated to begin on June 24. This date may change depending on the coronavirus, according to Piers Giles, spokesman for Apex.
"As a local, privately-owned business, Apex has been feeling the strain as many other businesses have and are pleased to start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Here at Apex, we strive to be the epicenter for positivity for our surrounding communities. We believe in a healthy and active lifestyle choices, finding joy in unexpected places, and cherishing defeats by making them successes," Giles said.

Apex is collaborating with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset to ensure the venue reopens in the "most mindful, most prepared, and safest way possible."

"The health and safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority, and the policies and procedures Apex releases in the coming weeks will be implemented with that in mind," Giles said.
Apex has also put together a Summer schedule, including Sports Camps, Youth Development Classes, Adult & Youth Leagues, Pick-Up, Private and Small Group Training.
"Due to COVID-19 uncertainties and economic impacts, Apex has instituted assurance plans for all Summer Programming. Our goal is to assist and work with Apex participants, as flexibly as possible, so Summer Programming remains an option for all those interested," Giles said.
