Hillsborough Dog Walker, Pet Sitter Celebrates 5-Year Anniversary

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — As a man who is hearing-impaired, Kyle Morse has never let a challenge hold him back. He has always worked to make his own path in the world. That includes when he started Simply Yours Concierge, a dog walking and pet sitting service in the Hillsborough area.

And now through the coronavirus pandemic, Morse continues to push his business forward.

"I've always had a feel for entrepreneurship. I love creating something out of nothing. Making my own path to the world," said Morse. "It stems from my disability and finding a way through everything. I love seeing progress, taking challenges, and facing things head-on while helping people in the community with things they need."

Morse, an avid animal lover, started Simply Yours Concierge in the fall of 2015 in response to the need for professional pet sitting services within the New Jersey area. He began in Middlesex County then expanded to cover Mercer, Monmouth and Somerset counties.

He just celebrated his business's five-year anniversary in November after reopening in June due to the coronavirus.

"We were down about 90 percent of our normal schedule in the summer and were seriously impacted," Morse said of the coronavirus impact. "We're now thankfully seeing a return of some clients and we're building back up to our pre-pandemic schedule levels. We're super grateful for our clients and their support, and we will always be here for them."

Services include pet sitting of dogs and cats, dog walking and exercising, boarding pet sitting, overnight stays, plant watering, mail collection, holiday or vacation care, house sitting services, and special care for young, elderly and sick animals.

Daily rates start at $20 and Simply Yours Concierge is fully insured and bonded for all services provided. Simply Yours Concierge is also a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters Inc, along with Pet Sitters’ International.
