Hillsborough Eatery Named Among Best Hot Wings In New Jersey

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A Hillsborough restaurant was named on BestofNJ.com's latest list as one of the places to serve up the best hot wings in New Jersey.

King Wing at 430 Route 206 South in Hillsborough made the list.

"King Wing breaks their wing sauce menu into five levels. First is Level 1, with tame sauces like honey hickory or a mild BBQ. At Level 3, things start to heat up. Finally, Level 5 offers a single option, the Suicide sauce, which requires you to sign a waiver before trying. They also offer dry-rubbed wings, with flavors like lemon pepper or cool ranch," according to bestofnj.com.
