HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough mother of four and professional nanny Amanda Doman has launched her newest venture to "cultivate, nurture, and empower children to live a purpose-filled life" through her book "I Am the ABC'S".

Doman said her goal is to instill in every child that he/she is somebody and hopes to bring the child to their fullest potential. To teach, prepare, and instill this way of thinking, Doman wrote and self-published her first children's book.

"My book is more than teaching the ABC's. Every letter is an uplifting and encouraging word they can speak to themselves on a daily basis or parents can implement in a daily schedule," Doman said.

Letters and words include, "I am awesome, I am brave, I am courageous, I am destined." The book is designed to teach children to be positive influences in their own lives.

Doman is very familiar with children as she is known as being a nanny to the stars, including celebrity pro-football players as clients. She launched "The Nanny House " last year, which offers date night, personal assistance, home organization, moments captured, and a traveling nanny service to professional athletes' families. Doman is looking to host a virtual book signing later this month. Additionally, Doman decided to not only write her first children's book but implement a store.

"It's been said 'you are what you eat', well I want children to understand they are what they think!' Doman said.

The store offers a number of products from cups to hats to backpacks. For more information visit iamtheabcs.com or buy the book here or facebook.com/iamtheabcs.
