Dr. Wishnie quickly implemented valet car-to-treatment room service so patients did not have to wait in a waiting room with other patients instead they are brought from their car straight into a treatment room to meet with the doctor. This limits patients to patients interaction and curbs the spread of viruses.

The office also added telemedicine appointments for patients who could not or did not feel comfortable coming into the office. The doctors would meet with patients right over their phones or computers to diagnose and treat patients with foot or ankle problems. The office also implemented modified scheduling to reduce the number of patients in the office at the same time.
