The office has always diligently cleaned their office, but with the pandemic came new rules. To start the office is offering car-to treatment room valet service. Patients arriving at the office are asked to remain in their car and call the office to let them know of the arrival. The medical assistants will go out to the car and bring the patient in at their appointment time.
Everyone, patients and staff, have their temperatures taken before entering the office and anyone with a fever is asked to go home and reschedule their appointment. Masks are required. High touch surface areas- door knobs, counters, light switches- are cleaned hourly with CDC recommended products. The treatment room has always been sanitized between patients, so that has continued.
