Hillsborough's Rotary Fair 2021 Guide
The fair will be held on Aug. 17 to 21 and will include more than 20 amusement rides, games of chance, fireworks, food vendors and more.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsboroughannual Rotary Fair for 2021 is back following last year's cancelation due to the coronavirus pandemic. Here is everything you need to know before you go.
The week-long event is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 17 through Sunday, Aug. 21, at the Hillsborough Promenade, 315 Route 206. Fair hours are 6 to 10 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday, and 6 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The classic carnival will include more than 20 amusement rides, games of chance, fireworks, food vendors, and an exposition of local businesses.

In addition, a spectacular firework display by Interstate Fireworks and sponsored by Petrock’s Bar & Grille and Petrock’s Liquors, will light up Hillsborough skies on Friday, Aug. 20, at about 10 p.m.
The rain date for the fireworks is Saturday, Aug. 21 at 10 p.m.

There will also be nightly entertainment and a $30 ride-all-night wristband available every night. All funds raised by the Hillsborough Rotary Club are returned to the community as contributions and service projects.
