Kids In Somerset Decorate Capes, Pictures For Those In Need
More than 100 children of Oticon employees decorated capes for kids at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Just4kixs.
SOMERSET, NJ — Kids of Oticon employees brought their kids to work and gave back to the community.
Oticon, based in Somerset, had more than 100 children decorate two capes — one to keep and one to donate. The completed capes went to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Just4kixs, an inclusive soccer league for children with special needs located in Old Bridge.
The kids also colored pictures for the Morristown-based charity Color a Smile, which sends drawing to seniors and deployed troops to brighten their day, and interactive demonstrations on hearing loss and the science behind sound.
