Korean BBQ And Grill Opens In Hillsborough

KBG offers build-your-own-bowls, tacos, burritos with Korean flavors.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A new fast casual restaurant is bringing the flavors of Korea to Hillsborough.

KBG Korean BBQ and Grill recently opened its third location in the township in August. The new location at 220 Triangle Road in the New Center Village Square and is open seven days a week. The other two locations are in New Brunswick and Princeton.

The ribbon cutting included Mayor Frank DelCore joined by Committeewoman Olivia Holmes, EBDC Member John Palinkas, and Business Advocate David Kois, and owner Joel Park along with his family, friends, and employees.

"We believe in proving a different approach to Korean BBQ. Our goal is to stay authentic and provide real deal Korean food. Fresh. Affordable. Satisfying," according to the KBG website.

KBG offers build-your-own-bowls, tacos, burritos with Korean add-ons such as kimchi, bulgogi, chicken katsu, mandoo and more. Vegetarian options are also available.
