New Bagel Shop To Open In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A new bagel shop is set to open in Hillsborough this coming spring.

Manhattan Bagel is planning to open their location at 601 Route 206 in Nelson's Corner sometime in May.

The shopping center also includes businesses such as ShopRite. The bagel shop will be located on the corner end next to 30 Burgers.

Manhattan Bagel has 31 location in New Jersey. The Hillsborough location will be its first in Somerset County.

"Our bagels are fresh-baked in-store every day the classic NY-Style way — Boiled and Baked with love," according to manhattanbagel.com.

Along with bagels they offer eggs, deli sandwiches, salads, sweets and artisan roasted Arabica coffees.
