New Jersey Devils to Honor Hillsborough Township At Hockey Game

The NJ Devils Mascot will be attending the Hillsborough Township Committee meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10. Mayor Tomson has invited all hockey fans to attend the meeting and meet the Mascot.

“As you know, Hillsborough Township is being featured at the March 8 New Jersey Devils game as part of their My Town Series, the Mascot is coming to town on the 10th to promote that event,” Mayor Tomson explained.

As part of the My Town Series, there will be an Honorary Captain and a Hillsborough military hero of the game. The Hillsborough Township Police Department Color Guard will present during the pre-game festivities. Special tickets will be available for the sections reserved just for Hillsborough.

Hillsborough will announce their military hero of the game at Tuesday’s meeting on Feb. 10. The Township Committee meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room.
