Experts say that the ideal room temperature for sleep is between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit; now that’s hard to achieve with the temperatures outside on the rise. It’s important to make sure your fan is off, and the blades are not spinning when you attempt to flip the switch to avoid any injury. Once you do so, you will probably notice an immediate difference in the temperature of your room.
