NJ Bacon Festival Is Coming To Norz Hill Farm This Weekend

The festival, celebrating bacon, pork roll and other pork products, will also have beer, wine, spirits, a DJ, crafts for kids and more.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The NJ Bacon Festival is rolling into Hillsborough this weekend to celebrate bacon, pork roll and other pork products.

The festival will be held on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Norz Hill Farm & Market at 120 S Branch Road in Hillsborough. It will be held rain or shine.

Norz Farms' food stand will be open and serving Jersey Burgers in addition to the other food trucks like Big Pinks, Jersey Roll, Bearded One and many others.

Beer from Flounder Brewing, wine from Beneduce Winery, and spirits from Sourland Distillery will also be on tap, while working together with Steps Together.

DJ Chris will be also be present on Saturday with local talent Andrew Lobby on Sunday.

Crafts for children and local craft vendors will also be present.

Tickets are $12 before the event and free for visitors under 36". Tickets are $15 the day of event.
