Rain Postpones Independence Day Fireworks In Franklin
Fireworks have been moved to Friday, July 9 in Franklin Township.
FRANKLIN, NJ — Due to the forecasted inclement weather the Independence Day Fireworks for July 2 in Franklin has been postponed until next week.
The fireworks will now be held on Friday, July 9 from 9:15 p.m. at the Franklin Township Municipal Building at 475 DeMott Lane in Somerset.
The Independence Day celebration will be held from 7:30 to 9:45 p.m. and include live music at the gazebo.

Attendees are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs and their own refreshments however alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
