Somerset County’s COVID Cases: See Town-By-Town Updates

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — The number of coronavirus cases has begun to slow down in Somerset County but has not stopped completely. See below for the latest town-by-town totals for COVID-19 cases and deaths in the county.

Somerset County reported 18,528 cases on Friday, an increase of 535 and 2.8 percent over the previous week.

For the third straight week, all of the Garden State except Atlantic County is out of the "red zone," according to federal officials. The weekly State Profile Report, made in collaboration with the White House and other federal agencies, measures COVID-19 risk through metrics such as new cases per 100,000 people, percent changes in new cases and positivity rate.

If the county is in the "orange" zone, it means it has a rate of 10 to 25 cases per 100,000 people. "Yellow" means the county has a rate 1 to 10 cases per 100,000 people.
