Support Hillsborough-Area Restaurants During This Difficult Time

As restaurants struggle during the coronavirus pandemic Hillsborough's Amwell Pet Supply wants to help by offering an incentive to dine out.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — As more and more area restaurants are struggling during the coronavirus pandemic, Hillsborough's Amwell Pet Supply wants to help support them by offering an incentive for locals to dine out.

Hope Valenti, owner of Amwell Pet Supply, launched the "Eat Out Free Treats" program where anyone who visits any local Hillsborough, Manville, Belle Mead, Somerville, Bridgewater, Skillman, Montgomery, Somerset, or Bound Brook restaurant will get a free bag of treats for their pet.

Customers just need to bring a receipt dated Dec. 15, 2020 to Jan. 30, 2021 worth $20 or more and they will get a free bag of treats with any Amwell Pet $25 purchase.

"We want to help support local restaurants," said Valenti.

No monetary value in lieu of treats will be given and the treat value is $6.99 or less for all pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, fish, reptiles, etc. One offer per family.

"Support local-owned restaurant and your pets get a treat too," said Valenti.
