"NJ Assembly members play a key factor in deciding contentious issues including marijuana legalization, gas tax, and gun control reform. Elections for NJ Assembly have some of the worst voter turnout of all elections. With gerrymandering and geographic demographics, the winner of the primary election often easily wins the general election for the incumbent party," according to Our Revolution - Hillsborough, NJ.

Our Revolution NJ local chapters are run by volunteers to educate voters about issues, get more people involved in the political process, and work to organize and elect progressive candidates.
