HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Congrats Hillsborough High School Class of 2021! The 50th commencement exercise was held on Monday at 10 a.m. where 549 students received their diplomas at the Cure Insurance Arena in Trenton.
"Today we are gathered here to celebrate our huge milestone in our life dressed in the prized red gown and cap. Eyes moist, dazzled by the bright lights that wash over us all. In a way, the sheer feeling of joy can be compared to mountain climbers who have reached the top of Mount Everest," said Hillsborough High School Salutatorian Grace Zhang.
Along with Yang, Hillsborough Senior Class President Elizabeth Wong, Valedictorian Aravind Krishnan, High School Principal Karen Bingert, Superintendent Dr. Lisa Antunes and Board of Education President Jean Trujillo also spoke.
