The Lakewood Police department is conducting a bias harassment investigation after a dead pig was found on the doorstep of a local rabbi.
LAKEWOOD, NJ – The Lakewood Police department is conducting a bias harassment investigation after a dead pig was found on the doorstep of a local rabbi.
Just after 7 a.m. on Saturday, Lakewood Police were sent to Treetop Lane after they received a call that an unknown person had placed the carcass of a pig at the rabbi's doorstep.
Police determined the incident had taken place sometime between midnight and 7 a.m. on Saturday.

In a release, Police Chief Gregory H. Meyer reminded the public that such acts will not be tolerated.
