Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good

Pamper Yourself and Help Monmouth Seniors

“LOOK GOOD, FEEL GOOD, DO GOOD” is the theme of Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey’s (CVCJ) fall spa fundraiser, hosted by Gifts of Nature Organics, located at 302-303 Candlewood Commons in Howell, NJ on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 10am-5pm. 20% of the sales of all products and spa services purchased in store and online on September 22nd will go to support ongoing expansion of CVCJ services in Monmouth County.
“This event is a great opportunity for us to get information about our services out to the general public,” says Christine MacKay, Volunteer Manager for CVCJ. CVCJ provides volunteer services in Ocean and Monmouth counties, to those 60 and older who do not drive. Services include transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, in-home pet therapy visits (in select areas), check-in phone calls and friendly visiting.
All services are provided free of charge. Staff members from CVCJ will be on hand to provide information to the public about these vital services. For more information about receiving help or rewarding volunteer opportunities, you can also call the Monmouth office at 732-876-3900 or email monmouthinfo@caregivervolunteers.org.
Gifts of Nature creates hand-crafted, plant-based, hair and body care products for all ages. Their spa services use their plant-based products. “Giving back to the community is a natural extension of what we do through our health-promoting products and services. We love what CVCJ does and we want to support their efforts and help get the word out about their services to the elderly.” says owner Judy Ryan.
Those who wish to support this fundraiser by purchasing items online, may do so by visiting https://giftsofnatureorganics.com on September 22nd. To schedule spa appointments, please visit http://ahealingtouchatipt.com or call Gifts of Nature Organics at 732-223-5521.
