Aberdeen Council to Consider Waiving Fees for Sandy Related Construction Projects

The council will hold their regularly scheduled workshop and action meeting Tuesday night.

The Aberdeen Township Council will consider a resolution Tuesday night that would waive fees for permits needed to make repairs in the wake of Sandy.

According to the Council's action agenda, they will also consider appropriating emergency funds for damage from Sandy.

During the workshop portion of the meeting, the Council also plans to discuss a Lakeshore Drive Improvement Project and Mohingson Brook, pedestrian access routes project for Deerfield and Cypress Lane, and appointments to the Zoning Board and the Planning Board.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at town hall, which is located at One Aberdeen Square off of Church Street in Aberdeen.
