Aberdeen: Free Showing Of 'Incredibles 2' July 23

ABERDEEN, NJ — Calling all superheroes! Aberdeen Township’s free summer movie and concert series continues with a viewing of Incredibles 2 next Tuesday, July 23. The free movie will be shown at 8:30 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park in Cliffwood Beach.

Families are ask to arrive around 8 p.m. and families are encouraged to dress in their favorite super hero attire! Snacks will be available for purchase. Don't forget your chairs and blankets!

This action-packed movie is fun for all ages.

Please bring chairs or blankets, and snacks and beverages to enjoy during the event. Veterans Memorial Park is located at Ocean Boulevard and Lake Shore Drive in Cliffwood Beach.

Throughout the summer, Aberdeen’s Summer Movie and Concert series will present a variety of music and movies including classic Southern rock, 70s and 80s cover bands, classic soul, R&B, Motown and disco and country music along with movies "The Incredibles” and “The Greatest Showman.” For further information visit www.aberdeennj.org.

Tuesday, July 30th: Join us Tuesday, July 30 as we line dance the night away with Jake's Rockin' Country Band at Veterans Memorial Park from 7 pm - 9pm. There will be a line dancer for the audience to dance along with! Jake’s Country Band is the tri-state area’s premiere country band! They perform the best of Classic Country, today’s kickin' rockin' Country, Bluegrass, Southern Rock, Cajun, Zydeco & New Orleans. They cover a variety of artists including Jason Aldean, Garth Brooks, Gretchen Wilson, Carrie Underwood, Patsy Cline, Lady Antebellum, Rascall Flatts, Dolly Parton, Tammy Wynette, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and many more.

July 2nd: Music Night - Squarehead (cover music from the Beatles, blues and country artists, plus some original tunes)

July 9th: Music Night - Southern Steel (classic Southern rock)

July 16th: Music Night - Sensational Soul Cruisers (classic soul, R&B, Motown and disco)

July 23rd: Movie Night - Incredibles 2 (PG)

July 30th: Music Night - Jake's Rockin' Country Band with a line dancer for the audience

August 13th: Music Night - Route 80's Band (all-80's music)

August 20th: Movie Night - The Greatest Showman (PG)

August 27th: Music Night - 70's Rock Revival (all-70's classic rock)

The concerts begin at 7:00 p.m. and the movies at 8:30 p.m. Please bring chairs or blankets, and snacks and beverages to enjoy during the events.
