Aberdeen police handled 660 calls for service between Sept. 30 and Oct. 13.

Between Sept. 30 and Oct. 13, Aberdeen police handled 660 calls for service, including 23 suspicious persons/vehicles, 41 alarms, 28 first aid calls, 17 motor vehicle crashes, ten disorderly persons, one burglary, two domestic violence incidents, six thefts, four noise complaints, four frauds, seven welfare checks, one criminal mischief incident, and 273 motor vehicle stops. Officers issued 271 motor vehicle summonses.

According to a news release from Chief John T. Powers:

Officer Edgar Serrano arrested a 19-year-old township woman on a contempt warrant out of Middletown municipal court on Sept. 30.

Officer Raymond Campbell arrested a 24-year-old Manalapan man on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court on Sept. 30. 


Officer Raymond Campbell arrested a 37-year-old Tinton Falls man on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court on Oct. 1.

Michael F. Sause, 46, of Old Bridge, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and exhibiting the license information of another following a motor vehicle stop on Cliffwood Avenue on Oct. 7. Officer John Zeller was the arresting officer with assistance from Officer Roger Peter. 


Officer Jessica McDougall arrested a 39-year-old Neptune man on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court on Oct. 7.


 Officer Raymond Campbell arrested a 33-year-old Avenel woman on a contempt warrant out of Hazlet municipal court following a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 on Oct. 8.


 Officer Bart Szulczynski arrested a 44-year-old township man for theft and on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court on Oct. 9. 


Officer Bart Szulczynski arrested a 26-year-old township man on a contempt warrant out of New Gretna municipal court on Oct. 9.


 Thomas Zielechowski, 61, of Little Egg Harbor, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and driving without headlights following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 on Oct. 9. Officer Raymond Campbell was the arresting officer with assistance from Officer Bart Szulczynski. 


On Oct. 9 Officer Vito Tuchiano took two township juveniles into custody on contempt warrants issued out of Monmouth County Family Court. 


Daniel R. Brower, 32, of Keansburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, and possession of a hypodermic syringe following a motor vehicle stop on Route 35 on Oct. 11. He was also found to be wanted on a contempt warrant out Garwood municipal court. Officer Charles Trucillo was the arresting officer with assistance from Officer Raymond Campbell. 


Officer Christopher DeSarno arrested an 18-year-old township man on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court on Oct. 12. 


A 27-year-old Keansburg woman was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Linden municipal court following an incident at the WaWa store, Route 35, on Oct. 12. She was also charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe. Sgt. Matthew Lloyd was the arresting officer.
