Aberdeen Police Dept. to Host Trunk or Treat Event on Oct. 20
The Aberdeen Township PBA Local 163 will host the 3rd Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat Event on Oct. 20 from 3pm to 7pm.

Aberdeen Township PBA Local 163 will host the 3rd Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat Event on Saturday, October 20 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the former A&P parking lot on Route 35 in Cliffwood.
Trunk or Treat is an event where businesses and residents park their vehicles in a designated area and decorate them for the holiday. Children and their families then attend and go from car to car trick or treating. This provides a safe and controlled environment for the children to help celebrate Halloween in the traditional sense. It also allows local business owners to interact with members of the community while distributing candy to the trick-or-treaters. Last year, approximately 400 people attended.
The event will also feature hayrides, inflatable bounce houses, pony rides, pumpkin patches with painting, musical entertainment by a DJ, food truck vendors, costume and vehicle decoration contests, gaming trucks and other free services for attendees to enjoy.
