Officers Frank Maisano, Jessica McDougall and Charles Trucillo, subdued her and put her in handcuffs, police said.
That’s when she bit McDougall’s arm and refused to let go, Powers said.
Police said they eventually were able to stop her from biting the officer, and she was taken to headquarters.
Loughlin was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated assault on a police officer.
She was released on bail set at $15,000.
McDougall was transported by Bayshore EMS to Bayshore Community Hospital. She was treated and released.
