Children Invited to Audition for Spotlight Players Production
Performers ages 4-16 are invited to audition
Children ages 4-16 are invited to audition for the latest Spotlight Players Stars of Tomorrow production.
Auditions for “The Little Mermaid” directed by Kristin Koza DiStefano will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 2 to 5 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 27 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Matawan theater company’s location at the First Presbyterian Church of Matawan.
“All ages please come prepared to sing, with prepared sheet music,” reads a post on the theater company's Facebook page. “If you do not have sheet music or a prepared song, our musical director will ask you to sing something he has prepared. Some auditioners may be asked to read from the script or learn a short dance routine, so please dress appropriately including proper footwear.”

Performance dates are April 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, and 13, so make sure those dates are clear if your child plans to audition.
