How To Vote By Mail In Monmouth County
Voters must complete a Vote By Mail ballot application. Here are the deadlines and other important vote by mail information.

How to vote by mail in Monmouth County:
- Registered voters who wish to vote by mail must complete an application for a Vote By Mail ballot. That application is available at MonmouthCountyVotes.com or by phone, 732-431-7790.
- Applications sent by mail must be received by the county clerk by 4:30 p.m. Oct. 27.
- Voters can apply in person or by designated messenger at the County Clerk’s Office, 300 Halls Mill Road, Freehold Township until 3 p.m. Nov. 2.
- The County’s election offices are open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- There will be extended hours, until 8 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 30. The office will also be open Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Mail-in ballots must be returned to the Board of Elections, 300 Halls Mill Road in Freehold Township by 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.
