Man Indicted on Aberdeen Burglary Charges
Police say the man unlawfully entered an Aberdeen residence.
A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict Christopher Baitz, 19, of Gillette on charges he unlawfully entered an Aberdeen home on July 22, 2012.
It is a third degree crime.Â
An indictment does not indicate a conviction, only that a jury voted there was enough evidence to proceed with a trial.Â
