Matawan Distributing Free Meals For Those In Need
The Matawan Borough Mayor and Council, Soup Kitchen 411, and the JBJ Soul Kitchen will be handing out the meals on Friday afternoon.
MATAWAN, NJ — Individuals in need can receive a free meal Matawan Borough Hall parking lot on Friday afternoon.
Borough officials are working alongside Soup Kitchen 411 to hand out free, freshly cooked take-and-go meals prepared by the JBJ Soul Foundation's JBJ Soul Kitchen. The meals will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Friday at 201 Broad St.
Families and individuals can walk or drive up to the distribution area. Meals will be distributed at the same location every Friday afternoon through July.
