Matawan Police Ask for Help in Identifying Burglary Suspect

Matawan police are asking for the public's help in identifying a burglary suspect pictured in security camera footage. 

The department posted to Facebook photos of the man, seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, inside of what appears to be a convenience store. 

"One man shopping spree!! Problem is, the store was closed," the post reads. 

Police declined to provide any additional details at this time about the incident, including the store or when the burglary took place. 

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call the department's Detective Bureau at 732-290-2038. Calls will remain confidential, police said.
