Old Bridge Begins Picking Up Christmas Trees Today

Old Bridge announces its Christmas Tree Collection schedule.

OLD BRIDGE, NJ - The township Department of Public Works will begin picking up Christmas Trees in Wards 1 and 2 this week, according to a notice on the township website.

Collection in Wards 3 and 4 will begin the week of Jan. 8; Wards 5 and 6 will begin the week of Jan. 16.

Officials say to place the tree at your curb the Sunday before your scheduled week and to be patient because collection teams must spend more than one day in each ward and storm emergencies take priority over the collection of the trees.

If your tree is not picked up by Jan. 20, call or email Public Works to get put on the list: (732) 721-5600 ext. 6140 or publicworks@oldbridge.com.
