Sayreville Daycare Worker Molested Fourth Child, Prosecutor Says

SAYREVILLE, NJ — A 20-year-old Sayreville daycare worker accused of molesting three children at the center has now been accused of molesting a fourth child, the Middlesex County prosecutor announced Monday.

Also, the director of the daycare, Superhero Schoolhouse in Parlin, was arrested Sunday and was charged with failure to report child abuse, a disorderly persons offense, said the county prosecutor. The director is Charmaine Larkin, 44, who lives in South River.

Kyle Finn, 20, of Sayreville, worked as an aide at Superhero Schoolhouse.

Last week, he was charged with sexual abuse of three children at the daycare, and now the Middlesex County prosecutor said four children in total were sexually abused there.

All the children were sexually abused on site at the day care, according to Sayreville police and the county prosecutor.

Finn has been terminated from his employment at Superhero Schoolhouse. He also worked as a camp counselor for Our Lady of Victories Parish Church in Sayreville and the Sayreville Department of Recreation. He has also volunteered for the Sayreville Association for Brain Injured Children.

He has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, aggravated sex assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held at the Middlesex County Jail in North Brunswick.
