OLD BRIDGE, NJ — A low-riding tractor trailer got stuck in a dip on Perrine Road where it crosses Rt. 9 and briefly caused Rt. 9 south through Old Bridge to become closed to all traffic Wednesday afternoon, said Old Bridge police.

"A low-boy tractor trailer, while traveling along Perrine Road west across Rt. 9, became stuck across the southbound lanes of Rt. 9 south," said Old Bridge Police Capt. Joe Mandola. "Rt. 9 southbound traffic is being temporarily detoured onto Rt. 34."

However, by 2:15 p.m. it was all clear and Rt. 9 south was back to normal again.
