Yoga for Kids

Classes teach pre-schoolers ages 3 and up about body awareness and relaxation through posing and games. Class starts at 10 a.m. and cost $10.

Open Rehearsal of Arcadian Chorale

Open Rehearsal of the Arcadian Chorale preparing for  the fall 2012 program entitled "Voice of the Turtle Dove," featuring works by Bach, Josquin DesPrez, Salomone Rossi, and others. Rehearsal starts at 7 p.m.

Aberdeen Township Council Meeting

The Aberdeen Township Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Aberdeen Township Municipal Center. The public is encouraged to attend.

Matawan Borough Council Meeting

The Matawan Borough Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Matawan Borough Community Center. The public is encourage to attend. 

Wednesday, Oct. 17

Candidates' Forum for Monmouth County Freeholders and Clerk 

The League of Women Voters is sponsoring a candidates forum ahead if the November 6 election. Those running for the office of county freeholder and county clerk will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, state their priorities, and answer questions submittted by the public on index cards. A non-partisan moderator from the League will ask the questions. Refreshments will be served. 

St. John Vianney Open House

Visit the campus, speak to teachers and coaches, and learn about Saint John Vianney of Holmdel at the open house, which starts at 7 p.m.
