Yankees Legend Mariano Rivera In Matawan Sept. 8

MATAWAN, NJ — MLB's career-saves leader and Yankees legend Mariano Rivera will be in Matawan this Saturday!

Rivera will be at NJ Spine and Wellness to celebrate the opening of their new facility at 144 Rt. 34 in Matawan this Saturday, Sept. 8.

The grand opening will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to demo equipment such as the NormaTec recovery system, tour the facility, and take a photo with five-time World Champion Rivera.

“We’re so proud to be celebrating the opening of our new Matawan home with the local community and surrounding areas,” said Dr. Peter Bufano, DC, Director of Rehabilitation/Co-Founder of NJ Spine and Wellness. “Our original Matawan center was the first location we opened in 2000, and being able to construct a brand-new facility that offers innovative technologies and treatment methods is a tribute to our talented team and the ongoing support of our patients.”

Since NJ Spine and Wellness opened its doors to its small home office in Matawan with three employees, it has grown to three locations staffed by a team of 95. The September 8 Launch Party will also feature music, food, and the chance to win 100 autographed signed photos from special guest Rivera. The event is free, but attendees must register on Event Brite in order to receive a ticket which includes a photo opportunity with Mariano Rivera. No personal items will be signed at the event.
