Longtime Point Pleasant Educators Named As Grand Marshals Of Halloween Parade
The parade will be held at 1 p.m. on Oct. 30

Many Point Pleasant residents may remember the names John and Sara McHugh.
The retired educators who held administrative positions in three Point Pleasant schools over the years, will serve as the grand marshals of the 36th annual Halloween Parade coming up on Oct. 30.
The parade will start at 1 p.m. on Bridge Avenue and end up at Community Park.

If you can't wait for the parade and want more Halloween, head over to "Haunts in the Park," on Oct. 28 and take a stroll on the "Haunted Path, where monsters, witches and ghouls will be waiting for you. Some of the participants may not be suitable for young children.
The event will run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is $2 and included cookies and apple cider.
