Patrick H. Casey Of Point Pleasant Beach Dies At 62

Patrick H. Casey of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, died at home on Monday evening, Sept. 18, 2017. He was 62.

Patrick was born in New Brunswick, raised in Edison and Silver Beach, NJ. He was a graduate of Edison High School and worked for the Edison Township road department for several years following graduation.

In recent years, Patrick has lived in Point Pleasant Beach and called The Joan Valentine House home. Among the things in life he enjoyed most were spending time at the shore and sharing time with family and friends.

Patrick was predeceased by his parents, Eleanor and Patrick Casey.He is survived by his sister, Margaret of Toms River, sister Catherine Burkhardt and husband John of Toms River, brother Robert and wife Leisha of Colleyville, TX., nephews Casey Burkhardt, Patrick J. Casey and niece Frances Casey.

Additionally, he leaves behind the loving family circle of The Joan Valentine House. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017 at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 995 Fischer Blvd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. on Monday at St. Justin RC Church, Toms River. Burial to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick.
