LoBianco came to Point Pleasant before her freshman year as her father moved her and her four siblings to Point after the passing of their mother to cancer so they could get a fresh start.

“Giavonna is an amazing young lady who exudes positivity and perseverance,” Point Pleasant Borough High School Principal Kurt Karcich said.

“She has learned a valuable life lesson that hard work and persistence are worth it in the end. This honor is well deserved!”
