Point Boro Zoning Board To Continue Hearing On Apartment Project
The application being heard calls for a three-story, 14 unit apartment complex to be built on Arnold Avenue.

POINT PLEASANT, NJ – An application for a 16-unit apartment complex across from Clark's Landing on Arnold Avenue will be discussed at Wednesday’s meeting of the Point Pleasant Zoning Board.
The site currently has a home and a dentist’s office on the site. The applicant would like to make the new dwelling three stories highso they seekng a variance.
There are concerns about the project as it is located on a curved part of Arnold Avenue that sees a lot of traffic due to the yacht club and the park next to the property.
